Thank You Golfers, and Canyon Crown!

We were thrilled to see the turnout for the Charity Golf Tournament held on Saturday, May 6th, sponsored by The Canyon’s Crown Restaurant and Pub. It was a great day for golfing, and a great day for The Arizona Heroes Memorial, as we raised $10K towards our goal! We want to express our most heartfelt appreciation to Canyon’s Crown, our other supporting sponsors (including The American Legion Post 132, Class Up Your Glass, Desert Hospitality Management, El Conquistador Golf and Resort, Hughes Federal Credit Union, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona, Jim Miller of State Farm Insurance, Merit Foods, The Oro Valley Theatre Company, Shamrock Foods, and Vistoso Funeral Home) and to everyone else who participated to make this such a memorable event!

Thanks again to all and have a great Memorial Day Weekend! We appreciate your support!

Good morning from the Arizona Heroes Memorial in Oro Valley! It’s Monday, July 22nd. I’m posting some photos to update everyone on the progress at the site in Naranja Park. The second row of the Amphitheater seating is completely poured. A second Seated Wall will be poured today as well as the center of the lsrge wall surrounding the Legacy Paver Garden. Also, the metal form is in place to enable pouring of the base of the Monolith centerpiece. Please stop by or visit us at www.azheroesmemorial.org for more information.
